Default immobilizer problems

I have an aftermarket alarm installed and im having problems with my immobilizer. i have a MY02 and after a year of having the car turns over but doesnt start. should i take it to the dealer or the place where i installed my alarm? i've checked past posts and most of them had problems with MY00 and my01.
could it just be a wiring problem and if so what wires/ecu pin outs could i check? it was working fine a couple hours ago. help?

Have you added anything to your keychain like the Mobil Speed Pass?

In your gauge cluster, you should have a green key icon that comes on when you turn on the ignition. What does this do when you try to start the car?

the green light kept on flashing but i think i figured out the problem. the wires in the blue harness on the lower left side on the drivers side was loose and it was basically shredded. i think the dumb mechanic that installed my yellow box pulled too hard ripping out the wires. but anyways, i showed the problem to the dealer and they seemed to fix it but they said that it would work 9 out of 10 times. im not messing with the electronics anymore on that car. its too much of a headache. but it woudl be nice if i had the ecu pin outs for the MY02 for the immobiliser. anyone?
