I am going to install the Hertz K6 2 way system in my 07.

I will use the Eclipse 7100 (hope it fits with the radio door).

I don't understand tuning so I'm looking for help.

1) Do I want to use the big or small chamber? Big chamber plays lower, but the small chamber gives the option of mounting in the A pillars.

2) Should I use the crossovers or try to go active. I currently have an audison 2.250 LRX amp. It's good for about 130 each channel. If I went to a 4 channel amp with 75 watts to each channel, would this be enough power? Would going active allow the headunit to compensate for placing the tweeters in the OEM locations?

3) What settings should I set on the amp?

4) If I use the crossovers, how should I set them?

5) Has anyone used the microphone tuning from Eclipse? I have that coming and am worried I won't know what curves/frequencies to go for.
