Default Installed my V1 Today

Thanks to those who posted the pics on the accessory tap. W/o that I would have ended up splicing somewhere =)

I decided to use the suction mount to the right of the rear view mirror, up high. I wired up the remote display right under the heater controls. All the wires are hidden and it looks very clean.

Glad to have my V1 back... was starting to miss it =)

cnolan,

Can you possibly post some pictures of the remote display? Curious to see how that looks relative to the heater controls. Thanks!

You can see a few here. I just snapped these really quick.

I drove the car for the first time today with this setup. The Jury is still out on it. I like the way it looks, and the fact that the mute is right by my fingertips. However, if I want to see where the radar is coming from, I have to lower my eyes to glance at the arrows.

I may try it on top of the steering column, however, I don't like how it blocks the idiot lights.

Very nice!! Thanks for the pics. I see that you hid the wire to the remote display as well. Looks clean!

BTW - we have the same color combo!
