I sent him $348.60 for just a 4-channel amp.

I just either want the amp or the money.. i didn't order anything custom so don't understand why he has taken so long..

Thanks for the help Bass!

he's still got my 535 USD.

Thanks for the help Bass, I don't have the time or money to call down there every night. Items or refund, either one is fine with me.

Paid $493 in February for an amp and wiring kit. Got the wiring kit back in March. Still no amp...

I just want my money back, I bought an amp from another source when it became fairly obvious that I wasn't getting one from Kinetic.

Wow. I will text him and see if I cant get him to update this thread. Sounds like there are still quite a few parts for quite a bit of $ out there...

John has had $1048 of my money since the beginning of May.

I have emailed him numerous times and last week gave him 10 days to refund my money.

I have assembled all of John's personal information and if I again do not hear from him I will begin legal proceedings.

I encourage all of you to do the same. If you would like to know how, please PM me.

I have left multiple polite voice mails for John on his cell phone over the past week and have not even received a courtesy call back.

It was actually $1200 dollars that John owes me because he was kind enough to sell me a wiring kit at the last minute. I wonder if he already knew at that point that he wouldn't be delivering the product or returning the funds?

I would venture to say that the fact that he is a mod and a sponsor allowed me to pay him without hesitation. Does S2KI even screen mods and sponsors?

At this point I could care less who's responsible for paying me back. One thing is for sure; you better damn well believe that I will be getting all of it back, in full, one way or another.

This will be my last post in this topic.

I can't believe it's actually come to this.

LarryH - I just sent John a text to see if it wont help the situation at all...

I understand your actions at this point... As long as you have exhausted all other means, it is the right thing to do... I may not agree with a lawsuit, it would be warranted. And, no, the site does not screen the sponsors. They just pay the fee, and they are good, from what I understand... There is a disclaimer somewhere about purchasing at your own discretion... The site is pretty well covered, I already looked into it.
