Default Left speaker blown?

Hey

I dont know where my original thread went... so I made a new one.

Okay, so the left speaker is not blown. I tested it on the right side and it works. Also I tested the right speaker on the left side and it does not work. I think the cross overs could be messed up?? Also when I took the speaker out there was water in side (not a lot). I don't know whats wrong.

also what causes water to go inside? (i washed my car before I started working on it)

from further testing the left cross over is messed up. Can I use another brand x over? or does it have to be Polk?

I would think you can use a different crossover, it will sound a litttle different, but should still work

Water gets inside because the seal is not perfect. Water gets in everyones car.
