build quality looks pretty good to me
I use and ED sub and ED components and am very very happy.

I swear someone needs to make shirts outta the "Top Down" signature logos....they would make a KILLING! How small are the ED 4-channels? Looking for roughly 50-75WRMS.

The Memphis Class D amps are good. I havent had experience with Elemental Design, but from looking at some of there equipment and prices, I dont think they are in the same class as Memphis. 1200 watts for 350 bucks doesnt sound very promising. Also doesnt list RMS power. Just my opinion.
