Default New Universal Adaptor for Dash Controls?

I was in Circuit Shitty the day looking at the Alpine MP3, and one of the jokers that works there said they had a new 'book' that said someone was making a universal adaptor for the S2000 dash controls. Don't know if its true or not. I know they carry a lot of Blitz products. Anyone in the know on this?

I take everything I hear from people with a grain of salt. Most of the current employees @ Circuit Shitty don't know shit from shinola.

Yes and no. Actually another company licenced the SWI-3 from PAC. Now known as the PESWI3. Same unit.

So whats the deal with this Lucid? Is it made specifically for our car or is it just a PAC that needs to be programmed?

The way I read Lucid's post. It is the same. I bought my Pac and harness from Lucid. I had already installed the Head unit with a generic Harness. Lucid's harness has all of the proper wiring for the dash controls, the generic one does not.

P.S. Thanks Lucid for working out the small detail for S2000 installs. It does not get any easier then this.

Keith its the SAME unit as SWI3 the OLD unit. Another company has the rights to sell it under their name. EXACTLY the same. Its SPECIFIC in the fact that it works for hondas and some similar makes not universal like the SWIX. Pricing is about the same for me so I dont see a reason to carry it.
