Alpine CDA-9856 manualUnfortunately the SCV(speed volume control) part is out of stock at modifry untill november, so ill add it later.
SCV has never been out of stock, just the Plug-n-Play harness (which is back in stock and shipping since yesterday).

Alpine CDA-9856 manualNow, i connected modifry BLACK to alpine BLACK, should I instead connect it to ground somewhere? or will the stereo itself be grounded somehow?
Neither. There are dedicated wires in the adapter harness just for the DCI - black, red, purple, and green. They connect (oddly enough) to the the black, red, purple, and green wires on the DCI. All you have left over now is the DCI blue (optional, goes to Alpine pink/blk) and the DCI gray wire (optional, goes to VSS signal). All this is covered in the DCI manual.

There will be an orange/white left over in the adapter harness. It's not used by Honda and doesn't go anywhere so you can either leave it hanging or cut it off.

Hey, Modifry
I got your plug n play harness for alpine ida x200 comes with 10a inline fuse for power wire.
Should I add the inline fuse on the yellow wire of your harness?
Thanks

Like to know also. Did anyone do this? Or just use the Modifry PNP harness without it?

Thanks.

The factory radio power circuit is already fused, though at 15A. Personally I wouldn't bother adding another fuse but if you're concerned just change the OEM radio fuse to 10A. It only powers the radio and aux power socket.
