Default oem headrest speaker option

Hi there, im wondering if anybody have the oem head rest speaker option ?

can it be installed on any year? it's stated that it fit 02-05 only... i can't figure why it wont fit a 00-01 one? maybe the oem radio only have 2 output ?

I already know about the S-pod, but the oem kit look great.
