sorry guys - i found out that my hookup at Alpine quit! so there goes the discount and the hookup...which really sucks now that i've seen TriaXenginE's picture - that head unit looks really slick in the s2k!

It's still far better than the $400 retail price though.

 

why go for the 3 day air? it cost me like 280 for everything shipped to my house.

 

When I don't use something like 3 day air to ship items over here, I can end up waiting over a month for my package. It took 2 1/2 weeks for an important document to get to me from San Diego via regular mail. I just don't have enough patience I guess.

I got it! Ordered my CDA-9831 through eTronics.com and recieved it here in Honolulu 3 days later for about $330 and some change. Thats some hella good sevice and a price to match. BTW, I LOVE THIS HEAD UNIT! Can't wait for the Modifry DCI's to go back on sale in July, I'm deffinitly jumpin on that list when it starts.
