Default Phase 1 complete. Need some support

I just installed the Pioneer DVH-P7000 headunit in my car. The sound is WAY better than the stock radio (even with stock speakers). My next project is to cut upen my dash to install my Pioneer 6.5" LCD touchscreen to control my navigation system. Im kinda.. anxious.. about going in there with my sawzall.

Any hints or tips from you experienced dash cutters?

Phase 1:
Pioneer DVD headunit install *(pics coming soon!)

Phase 2:
Pioneer DVD Navigation & LCD Screen install

Phase 3:
Speakers/Subwoofer/5.1 Dolby Digital & DTS/Amps

When I get home, I'll try to scare up some of my dash-cutting pics.
