I would like to know how the 6.5" turned out as well. I came across this and I might just have to try it myself.

 

looks great works great but bass is not transfering over 2 other parts of car. i get more bass goin back 2 trunk than forward. ? ill have 2 work w deadning the sound. more work 2 b done

 

do you know how much airspace your enclosure has?

 

Airspace is round .5-.75

 

sounds amazing! when i had it in trunk like pic above i felt it sitting on drivers seat. feels like a 10 back there. now, between the seats in the cabin, its niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!!!

 

looks like enough room for a 8", looks deep enough to counter sink sub to flush mount it with baffle, if i had extra center council i could build one, mold it and sell them..... still think you get better sound out of my footwell sub, putting the subbass stage up front always sounds better
