Pioneer harness and Interface

Has anyone come across this harness/adapter combo for a Pioneer unit? Check out this link: http://www.pioneer-eur.com/products/car/ca...r_acc_table.htm
CD-RA201+ Adapter and CD-RC217HD Harness
Obviously this is the Euro site....I have tried to email Pioneer with no success. Any installers with connections to a Pioneer Rep? Can we find out what unit this works with and if it is the Euro units only...if that is the case, it may be a similar situation to the Alpine units. I'm still looking for a hardwire solution...thought this might be one.
