Default Pioneer HU's?

I am thinking about getting one of the new pioneer HU's with the big knob on it. Does anyone know if they will fit and the radio door close with no problem on the S2000?

Which models are you referring to?

I have a DEH-P80MP and it fits just fine

I just put a 6800 in and other than cutting the little bump on the mounting tabs I had no problems at all. The biggest issue you will run into is getting all the cabling to fit. I ended up putting most of the cables under the radio next to the control box.
Also if you keep the radio door closed just make sure you disable the automatic face movement in the main menu. Otherwise whenever you turn off the power the face tries to fold forward into your radio door.

BTW I highly recommend the Modifry DCI and wiring harness. He also sold me a set of very nice panel tools at the wake the dragon event. Not sure if these are on the web yet, but they make pulling the radio much easier.

Just installed DEH-7800MP(2006 model) with no problem. The radio door even close without a problem.
