So, i got it fixed.
Turns out, last time i was testing passenger switch was disconnected, and when it s disconnected driver's switch only lowers passenger window, but doesn't lift it (weird...). Initially, issue occurred when window was all the way down, and both switches didn't work. It would seem like passenger switch lost connection somehow (old/dirty/something else) and wouldn't work, while driver's switch wouldn't work because window won't go any lower. I then removed door panel and was just driving like that without passenger switch, but when i re-connected passenger switch, it worked, and driver's switch started to work too, both ways.
