Where IS the optimum placement of a RD/LD in an S2000 that does NOT require time-consuming and/or expensive modifications (i.e. a place that catches the max radar/laser, is easy for driver to see, is not visible to others, etc.)?
That's a debatable topic among the experts. Some say high, some say low. My V1 is to the right of my RVM and my CD is mounted by the instrument cluster. Laser detection isn't worth counting on IMO. For one thing, you have no idea where the LEO intends to shoot.
