Default s-pod users, how do you wire them?

Hi all,

I'm in the process of changing out my stereo and am going to order s-pods. I was going to have my shop pre-wire for the s-pods, if that's possible, since they're doing some other work for me in the meantime. How do you get the wire through the roll hoop? I read Mark's description about hitting the roll bar with your palm, but wasn't sure what was meant there?

If anyone can be more clear so I can explain how and where wires will be going, my shop can help me out tomorrow.

thanks!

i tried wacking the roll hoops and they did not split open so i jammed a straight slot screw driver into the seam and it opened - only thing was there was a little scar BUT you can't see when the pods are installed.. from there i ran the wires to my cross overs that were hidden in the rear pannels and then I feed the wires to my amp which was mounted where the spare tire goes..

i kept slammin the back of the roll hoop and it eventually parted. the section you hit "slips" below the other section so you then stick the screwdrivers in to hold the space open.
