Sound quality of Sub in trunk
I've only seen a few references to this but... the local installers I trust tell me a Sub in our trunk is going to lose "too much" unless the trunk is cut open somewhere. They feel our trunks are too well enclosed.
I saw a post that one owner has a slot cut to the top storage area. For those of you with subs in the trunk, does it work well enough, or did you cut holes to the outside world somewhere in the trunk? If you did some cutting, any issues so far (leaks, buzz, draft ...)?
Thanks in advance.
