Default Sound System Advice

So I am looking to get a sound system for my S2k (once I get it in a few weeks). I know thats its gonna be an AP1 so am planning accordingly. I used to have a MY00 S2000 a few months back but was forced to get rid of it. I had the Pioneer DHP-80MP HU w/ Ipod adaptor, Polk 6500 Components that I mounted in the doors. I liked the setup, however, didnt think that I was getting the full range of levels from the Components. I liked the speakers since I didnt have to make any extra baskets or anything and they were a drop in fit (excluding the cutouts for the components)

For my next purchase, I want to get a similiar HU (if not the same one) w/ Ipod Adaptor, DCI, similiar door speakers (if not the same one), a 4 channel amp, and head rest speakers (with s-pod mounts).

Few questions that I have:
1. What is a good 4channel amp to get that I can put behind the passenger seat? I don't want to run the wiring to the rear of the car since I want to keep the trunk as empty as possible. Also I want to keep my spare tire since I had an incidence once that I needed it in and would like that comfort level again.

2. What size headrest speakers do I need? Does Polk audio make a decent set? I would like to keep the same brand for door and head rest speakers.

3. Where is a good location to buy these components from? Anything else that I may need that I am forgetting?

Mu budget for speakers and amp would be approximately 500 dollars or less. I dont need anything crazy that wakes up neighbors or draws a lot of attention but just want it to be crisp that is an upgrade for highway driving.

Thank you in advance.

S-Pods fit most 5.25" component speakers. Specs are available at: www.streetsmarttechnologies.net or PM me and we can discuss details over the phone.

Thanks,

Keep in mind that "head rest speakers" and "S-Pods" are two VERY different things. The head rest speakers are a Honda accessory and are expensive for what they are, and pretty much suck.

The S-Pods go in the roll-hoops and work MUCH better (considering you provide your own speakers.)

Definatly get them from the website above, do NOT get the crappy knock-offs from eBay.
