Default Speaker problem.

I've been experiencing a problem with my G35. Basically, my driver side speaker does not play at all when I connect my iPod via tape deck or when I play CD's. However, it works perfectly fine when I play my radio. Could this be a connection problem? Would it be to the speaker itself or the actual stereo?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Matt

Make sure the stereo plug is all the way plugged into the Ipod...

It has nothing to do with the iPod I'm sure of that. It's the same problem between the tape deck and CD player.

Anyone?

nothing outside of the headunit knows or cares whether the source
is radio or CD, etc, so it must be an issue with the headunit.

I'm sorry, I didn't read the original problem well enough.

Check your speaker connections.

is it the bose factory system? If so I have had this happen to two different friends cars. They haven't found out a fix for it.

Yes it's Bose. A few guys on my car forum said they're experiencing the same problem. I don't even know what the diagnosis could be because again as I said, the speaker works perfectly fine with the radio. I think I might take it into an audio shop near me...I would rather not but again electrical issues are not my specialty and this has been bugging me
