Speaker/Tweeter Install Help

okay im going to cut the stock adapter off (speaker one) and attach the polk audio wires to it then connect it to the input area on the crossover
sound right?

Since you don't have an adaptor wire that connects to the factory connector that you unplugged from the factory speaker, you must cut this connector off.
Splice two wires into these two wires and run them to the crossover box and connect them to INPUT.
Connect two wires to the speaker and connect these to the WOOFER on the box .
The tweeter's two wires are a direct shot to TWEETER on the crossover box.
Let me know how it goes.
Slightly counter intuitive maybe, but if you think about a moment I think you'll be able to make these connections with confidence.

Note: I'm giving you 30minutes to complete this job ( 25 for the connections and 5 to replace the panel) Ready..Set....Go

the grey wire w/red line is the positive wire right... woofer wire?

Yes. I had to guess at this one after making the cut. I assumed that the right wire from the factory connector was positive and this turned out to be correct.
Make the connection to the best of your knowledge then turn the radio on to be sure thats it's right. If not, reverse the connection.

the other side is green one with a black line... is that one negative?

Take a chance that the black is ground. These wires go to the INPUT on the box after you splice in some longer wire. If it's wrong, you can easily make the switch at the box.
