Default Stock CD player problems

Here's my problem, the other day my stock cd player quit playing a cd, so I ejected it and put it back it. The motor pulled it back in but it still wouldn't play. So I tried taking it out and puting it back in again, but this time it wouldn't even pull it back it. Nothing on the CD player works except for the fact that it lights up when the headlights are on. Even the console mounted volume controls and station buttons don't work. On top of that my accesory plug in port stopped working too. I went over some of the fuses briefly but didn't find any that are blown. Is there something I could be missing or do I just need a new CD player to resolve all those problems? I just figured if the CD player went bad, it wouldn't affect anything else. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

My car is 2002 incase that might make a difference.

the two fuses for the headunit are #9 & #22. sometimes it's difficult to
tell if they're blown by just looking at them. does your accessory outlet
(lighter plug) work? it's on one of the fuses.

I had similiar symptoms while in warranty, and when I took it in, they just installed a new one... My guess is you're in the same situation. But check those fuses first.

The accesory port does not work either. I'm going to re-check the fuses right now.

#9 is the accessory outlet & headunit.

Awesome guys. I don't know how I missed that fuse before. It was the accesory port fuse, and it was blown. I could've sworn I checked that one but I guess not lol. Thanks for the help
