Default Sub not being powered?

So last night on my way back from work I noticed by sub wasn't hitting anymore. So this morning I went out to look and here's what I've looked at.

Pre-outs to the amp are good
all connections on the amp are good and the power light stays on and is conisistant when car is powered
inline fuse under the hood is still good
amp fuses are both still good
wiring to the sub is also still good

what am I missing here?

did you try to hook up another speaker to the amp? That should settle it.

I don't have another speaker here, but I figured if the batt test didn't work on the sub, then it's toast

are you checking the sub itself, or hooking up to connectors on the
sub box? if the latter, could be a bad connection from the box to
the sub...
