At the moment I have the set up that goes into an ipod connection so that I can still use my S2000 controls to change track and volume.

I'm thinking of getting the TomTom cradle for my iPhone to make better use of the GPS. I'd like to still use my iPhone as my source for music though, while keeping the controls of the S2000. It comes with an aux cable from the description, but I don't think this would allow for the controls to still work, or would it?

Not sure if this helps but have you looked at the modifry dash mount and piro clip USA mount. It's IMO the best solution. Good luck
