Trunk button stopped working, "keyless" fuse blown
So my trunk button stopped working, and I traced the problem to the 'keyless' 15A fuse being blown.
Can anyone tell me why this fuse would be blown? Fyi, I have an aftermarket alarm (had for years w/ no issues), and two weeks ago I blew my 10A accessory fuse when I plugged something into my accessory outlet.
Only other change was the addition of a 530T to auto-down/up the windows - now, the auto-down is tied to the same button as the trunk release on my alarm fob. Could that be an issue?
Also, fyi, if you have an aftermarket alarm and pull the keyless fuse, the trunk button in the glove will not work, so if you want to disable the trunk button (and I imagine the OEM fob), there's yet another way to do it.
