Default turn signal indicators in dash 12v?

I'm in the middle of an f20 swap into an old toyota, and I'm using the ap1 gauge. I'd like to use the turn signal indicator lights on the gauge, but I'd like to know if the signal that goes to those lights via the stock system is 12v... or something else (5v or 3.3v). The chassis harness I'm using will send a 12v signal to the lights if I splice in... I just don't want to damage anything if they're on a 5v system or something. If you have any idea, or an idea of where I could look, let me know. Thanks. -Nels

Have you figured this out? I dont have my electrical system wired up just yet so I cant help you but when the time comes I can hit the turn signals with my multimeter and let you know. I have a F22 going into a civic so for me its just wiring the cluster into the civic wires. Other than that, find someone who will check their cluster with a multimeter or use trial and error ha.

I haven't heard anything yet... I'm planning to dig a little deeper this weekend. If you find out before I do, please post! Thanks! -Nels
