I've looked all over the site for a couple days now and i still haven't been able to find an answer to my question. I have my vafc-II and wiring harness ready to go. All i want to do right now is put it in and adjust the vtec engagement point until i can find someone in the area to tune it. My question is, can i just change the vtec engagement point and the vafc will change the settings so it will run normally or do i need to change a/f ratio and/or other things as well so it will work properly with the new engagment point. The little manual that came with the vafc seems to be completely useless in answering my questions.

U have to set "EVERYTHING," I know it sux, but VAFC is to give you the opportunity to tune the AFR and VTEC engagement @ its finest to get the most ponies out of it. Get a wideband as well ..... those 2 wrk together and then get it tuned. As for now, jus amateurly tune it or have some one do it for u. I had to set mine. As far as VTEC engagement, U can set it where it first kiks, then set the other setting as how low the VTEC will stay engaged from. I have mine to kik at 56oo and to stay on until I go below 53oo.
