Warning about etronics.com, help needed
Thanks MacGyver, I will.
The tracking number currently doesn't work but I know it can take a day for UPS to update their servers with the new tracking numbers.
So we will wait and see.

You also must remember that Etronics is not an authorized dealer of many of the major brands it carries. They say that they will work with you in the event of a warrany claim but they guarantee nothing according to their site.
Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've had about five purchases from them (car and home audio components and assessories) and received all of them with standard shipping in just a few days. They've got great prices on most of their items. I guess until they screw me, I'll continue to buy from them. They do make it clear that returns are not going to be easy, so be sure that's the item you want and the right item before you order it. Though, I did swap some cables easily with them when I ordered the wrong one.
It's not a matter of wanting it. The CD changer I ordered did not work with my car. They wouldn't take it back, and their excuse was weak.
I spoke to the three people over there including someone that identified himself as the president, and they still wouldn't work with me. I refuse to ever work with them again.

I've ordered a few things from them without any problems. One of those items was a Pioneer DEQ-9200. The display hummed loudly, so I explained the situation to them, they sent out a replacement on trust, the replacement had the same problem (turns out the DEQ-9200 is just a POS), so I sent them both back. I was issued a full refund including shipping and was not charged a restocking fee.
