What do you guys think of this deal?

I have an Excelon in my s2k. It is the second I've owned. I may go ahead and pick one of these up for a DD as that is a really good price for the features.
Excelons have excellent features including independent high-pass filters for the front and rear channels, low-pass filter for the sub channel, and sub level control. They also have high/mid/low gain controls. Turn the "loud" feature off and you can really clean up your signal with these tools.
The only complaint that people have is that the head unit is difficult to use since there are so many features packed into so few buttons. It took me a while to get used to. Don't get it if you aren't tech-savvy.
I also stopped carrying CDs or a ipod thanks to the integrated USB input. I have a half-dozen USB sticks in the car which hold my entire music collection (over 80 gigs.) The artist and track name/# come up on the screen. It is a really nice perk considering storage is at a premium in our cars. My whole music collection is in a holder that is the size of my wallet.
