Default Window and radio not working

Last week my passenger side window and radio stopped working. The radio wont turn on and the window is stuck down and neither window button raises it. I just did some work removing some wiring from a sub but none of it was connected to the battery anymore. I don't know what I've done but any ideas of what got messed up and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

I checked Power window fuse, its fine. Interior I checked radio which is blown but both window fuses are fine. Would the radio fuse have any effect on the window?

Different circuits on my '06. Replace the window fuse with a new one. Sometime but rarely the fuse can have a near invisible gap. The window Master switch is On?
