Default Wire Lengths Necessary for Speakers, Amp, Etc.

I am going to be installing an amp, new head unit, new speakers, and the works soon. I am curious as to weather anyone knows how much wire I'll need? I'm planning to put the amp behind the driver seat to the left of the spare tire in the trunk. Here's what I've gathered:

Power Cable: 4 feet Ground, 16 feet 12v+ from hood (found in FAQ)
Speaker Cable from trunk to doors: No idea?
RCA: No idea?

Thanks for the help. I'll be writing a DIY build with my components when i finish.

speaker wire - I bought 40 feet, which was exactly enough to run from my
over gas tank amp to the crossovers in the doors, and to my Lucid rear-panel
speakers, so it is certainly enough to do the doors alone.
There's nothing worse than coming up short, so order more than you think
you'll need. Double the quantity if you are trunk-mounting your crossovers
and are running two-conductor to each door, since you'll need a pair of
conductors for each of the woofers and tweeters. But if you are trunk
mounting the crossovers, I'd recommend 4-conductor speaker wire to
ease installation.
RCA's - 4-meter RCA's leave at least a meter extra if you run them
through the center console, so I believe they're long enough even if you
route through the door jambs.
