kpro, boost solenoid
does anyone have pictures of how they are installed and wired the boost solenoid for kpro? per some instructions, for external wastegated turbos, need vaccuum line connections on the outer 2 fittings, and then block off the "middle" one?
and then it needs an ecu pin to B2?
where can you get an ecu pin?

Here's a link to Hondata's boost control setup for the S300, everything should be the same except the ECU pin location. The pin should be availible from Hondata or if you have an old OBDII connector laying around you can extract one from that.

oh so the middle spot on the solenoid isn't blocked off, it needs a little filter?
what power wire is usually tapped? it doesn't draw that much power, so a tap should be ok, right?

The solenoid doesn't draw much current. Probably the best and cleanest way to get power is from the under dash fusebox option connector seeing as your running a wire back to the ECU anyway you can use the same loom. This method also eliminates the need to "T" tap a wire.
If your looking at the fusebox, the option connectors will be all the way on the left side (kind of hidden by the wire harness), there are three of them stacked together and they just have a single male spade sticking out of the middle. The bottom one is switched +12v power. Just crimp a female spade connector to your wire and plug it on the the male spade sticking out, simple as that.
Wiring the Solenoid:
The solenoid has two wires, with no polarity (it does not mater which wire is used for each connection):
· One wire should be connected to the ECU pin A6 (ecu pin found in HELP contents) inside the KManager.
· One wire should be connected to +12V switched power via a 10A fuse.
Connecting the Solenoid
For external wastegate with two ports:
- Port #1 from the solenoid to air pressure from the turbo charger outlet.
- Port #2 from the solenoid to the 'top' of the wastegate.
- Connect the 'bottom' of the wastegate to air pressure from the intake manifold.
