I called inlinepro, and they said that my car shouldn't be getting up to 4-5 bars on the temp gauge and said I probably have air packets in my coolant system. I'm going to check that out right now and get you guys updated.

flush the coolant and put your overheating setting at 220ect

As inlinepro suggested, there was air packets in my coolant system. Everything works fine now.
