NEED HELP W/VAFC SETTINGS

Default NEED HELP W/VAFC SETTINGS

I JUST INSTALLED MY VAFC 2 WITH THE JUMPER HARNESS ON MY AP2 2005
I FOLLOWED THE FACTORY SETTINGS WHICH ARE POSTED HERE ON THE FORUM AND MY CAR REDLINES @ 3000 RPM AND MY CAR HAS A CEL CODE.
BUT WHEN I TAKE THE VAFC 2 W/ THE JUMPER HARNESS OFF MY CAR RUNS FINE CAN SOME HELP ME OR GIVE ME SOME GUIDANCE PLS

Check the settings in the vafc2 and check install of the wires and then double check - bet its a wiring problem.

sounds like the map signal is missing or the setting for the map is not right. look at the sensor display and see if the sensors are reading.

Take it to an AutoZone, and have them pull the diagnostic code.

I bet the MAP setting is wrong. I recently bought a DSM with a 'bad tune' that turned out to be the MAF/ MAP settings all backward.

I have the jumper harness its plug and play. Can someone maybe post there settings that they have there's to?

sensor no; in 06 out 06
cyl: 4 thr: up and to the right arrow vtc: 1

before you do these setting go to initilaize to clear out any previous settings... you may have some fuel adjustments that are screwing up the car....
