Guys, I am close to pulling the trigger with this one with a reputable tuner if we can make this work. I am a stock AP2 and would do an initial tune stock. Then I will add the HKS supercharger and do a 91 octane fuel tune and an E85 tune. Hopefully the pieces will all fall into place for this!

Yes. Autotune is a function/feature of the tuning software (TunerStudio), not of the ECU, so it will work with any Megasquirt-based ECU, provided of course that you add a wideband.

Not sure if this has been answered before but does the ecu keep control of the EVAP functions?

No, but if this important to several people, it can be added.

Anyone take the plunge yet? And will this send data just like a normal OBD-II? I have a wireless dongle that transmits data to my phone (Dashcommand) will that work?

Yes, someone has pulled the trigger. And yes, it will send data through the OBD-II port so that any OBD-II dongle will work (wired, bluetooth, wifi, etc).

Can it be setup to send analog sensor output through the OBDII port?

As noted previously, it already does so for AFR, oil pressure, oil temperature, fuel pressure, EGT.
