Default Swap harness

alright guys I need some help. I already sent it back to tweak’d performance once.
So heres the deal. I think my stock ecu is going into a lock mode because my immobilizer key is flashing.
Before I go into details can someone confirm if the ecu TPS and coolant gauge would work if it wasnt talking to ignition key immobilizer.

Details: I have my old stock engine harness; not even running any of it to anything related to engine just plugging in the grey and white connectors to ECU and the blue c101 and two whites side by side it, my immobilizer will stop flashing I can flash it if I want and my fuel pump signal wire works.
Now if I take it out and plug up the tweak’d harness my coolant gauge wont work and my immobilizer key light flashes, and my fuel pump signal wire wont prime. I would wire in a switch for the fans; and I already got a switched 12v for the pump, but the dual ecu I believe is losing TPS on the honda ecu. Because of that its throwing the GM ecu into a tangent!

Please help lol last bit of head ache I need and an exhaust to drive this thing.

I know the ecu pinouts are different from ap1 to 2 but did the c101s and two white side ones change?

So I have narrowed it down.
Its somewhere between the blue c101 and my ecu grey connector the 2 (pins 2 & 3) ecu power arent getting 12. Wish I could upload a video.

Now that I have figured out how to get power to the ECU my fans are constantly running to; any ideas?
