2.4L stroker or 2.0 Built help me decide
(In no particular order)
#1. Stock bearings aren't a must at all but if you're in there some ACL's with tolerances for the heat you'll build might be a smart choice.
#2. I wouldn't suggest changing bore above stock in a turbomotor. 87mm is where you should stay simply because it means more surface area for the headgasket to seal which we all know is a potential problematic area in this motor. The gains had with 89mm could be had with just a slight bit more boost instead of risking the leaks.
#3 When it comes to what a bottom-end can "handle" you need to think more in terms of TORQUE than in HP assuming near equal rev limits.
#4 USE THE STOCK HEAD GASKET.
#5. ARP studs are a good choice, though there are better options (and more costly) the ARP are well suited for 500whp applications. I run them in my car and I've had no issues. Then again I installed them correctly unlike a large group of people on the forums.

When it comes to stock sleeves or aftermarket there's one simple key factor you might consider, aftermarket sleeves aren't as durable as the stock FRM is in terms of mileage but they ARE able to be honed/bored as needed if damaged. In other words if this is a motor you hope to never ever open again stock is perhaps better. If you go aftermarket please choose an open-deck design, Honda chose open-deck for a reason. I strongly suggest Benson who has proprietary rights to what I feel is the best option for the F20/22c
