One thing I did on my manifold was tapping the holes on the non-threaded wastegate flange on my turbo manifold and then using heli-coil inserts to bring it back to the proper size and thread for the bolts.

That actually cracked as well.



Try to get some bracing for the engine as well as the manifold to help stop vibrations. Also change the bolts out like others have suggested.
