[QUOTE=MrHonda,Jul 1 2008, 04:48 AM] I retract my statement about not being close.
How about posting your dyno chart so we can get a comparison. The 285 torque is great and I expect that your graph should show more area under the curve.
There are so many variables, it's really hard to get a direct comparison and declare a clear winner.
For instance: 2.2

Here's what mine looked like (drawn shittily in photoshop )

I had it tuned to 12.0 AFR on a Dynojet. I have an extremely non-restrictive exhaust setup - Lovefab mini tubular, 3" turbo back with only one bend in the exhaust (had to remove that rear sub-brace to fit the exhaust). I'd love to see you re-dyno with a 3" single exhaust!

Doesn't count...your car didn't run for 80% of it's life.

haha - It worked fine for 7 years then I turbo'd it with a warped head which caused all sorts of problems. It still made sick power though!

... I haven't really ridden in a properly running turbo car enough to comment on the differences. I do know that my car has a lot less under-hood heat, it's already tight trying to replace the stock header, let alone a turbo manifold, I've seen turbo setups where you have to relocate componets (battery, a/c lines, etc.) and I haven't seen any turbo numbers that come close to 382 hp on 10 psi.
The numbers look very similar to this...

kutsujula's setup. I was wondering why no one mentioned his setup. I believe this is:
Full Race
stock CR
gt30r
8-8.5 psi

btw, thanks for posting the build. it looks awesome! This is definitely a nice option for FI. looking forward to more pictures and videos! money well spent!

Well at 8.5k the hp is about the same as Mr.Honda XD 9k ftw here.
also the turbo dyno was Standard correction while Mr.Honda's was SAE.

but if its only boosting 8.5 psi
