more people have made 500+ on a 3mm then 500 on stock block and gasket. just throwing that out there. also depends how hard u drive; etc. i personally would do a 3mm hg. but it also depends on what kit. i wouldnt go with a cometic hg and i also wouldnt stay stock hg on with a Log Mani. only with a ELT mani would i think about it.

I agree there is no right answer now to this question, it is kit, hp, fuel and psi specific to what you want. Along with how much risk you want to take running your car to the edge.
