if the car is at a stand still and you slam the gas it will rev up to the rpm you set it at but once you drop the clutch it will stop. Mines set at 7 mph and it works fine.

 

Im having my tuner set it all up next saturday, he began tuning it yesterday

Good bump though because a few weeks ago when I was at the track I ran into the same issue. I kept tabbing or clicking on another box and it would just keep changing back. I realized shortly after if I hit enter it would accept it.
