Default AEM tru boost and hondata flashpro MAP read differently

So I have a 2006 s2k tuned on e85. Im using hondata flashpro, hondata 4 bar MAP sensor, and aem tru boost. Im using a 7.25psi wastegate spring, and the car is tuned for 8.8psi. But I have been noticing on my boost gauge that it will read 11.8-12.2psi so I did some datalogs. From the datalog I found the the MAP sensor is reading 8.8psi under full boost but but the gauge is reading 11.8-12.2psi.

Does anybody have any input as to why the two values are reading different?
