Anybody know what the output voltage is for the MAP?

Assuming the MAP output is 0-5V (right?), is the output going to be 0V at 1 atm. (WOT, no vaccuum), or 5V at 1 atm.?

Actually it's 200mv (.200 volts) per PSI. Full vacuum is 0v, which you will never quite reach, and 1 Atm is approx 3v.

The sensor will supposedly read up to 1.5 atm and I know it will go to at least 5.5 psi of boost because I put a voltmeter on it to measure boost on my Comptech SC.

I can verify that the stock map sensor will read higher than 5.5psi of boost. I run the stock sensor with 7-8 psi of boost with the AEM EMS and it works fine. When I overboosted at Portland International Raceways in September, my EMS logs showed that the sensor read up to 10.5psi of boost -- when the boost gauge went off the map. Given that, I suspect it tops out about 1.75 bar.

So 0-4V would be all that the ECU would ever expect to see from the MAP on an NA setup?

0-2.9V is all the ECU would expect. Any higher and it pulls ignition timing drastically.
