Apply ground to the black wire on the pump, if it sprays the pump is good. Then go to the controller. Apply ground again to the pump wire. If it sprays, the wiring is good. Only thing left is a faulty controller. Call Aem's tech line, they provide excellent customer service. My flow sensor failed after about 2 months, I sent it in and they fixed it and sent it back in about a week. No charge. If your controller is bad check your wiring carefully. Bad grounds will kill the pump driver quickly.

I had the same problem..One of the brush springs was rusty and broke and the bottom bearing seized. Apparently this pumps are not completely sealed and if you install them upside down with the cables going up and take water due to rain or puddles theres no way the water to drain out and the pumps fail due to rust. I bought a new one and sealed it with silicone. Lets see if it holds up.

Just mod the tune for no meth and run safe till the new pump gets in.
