Default AFR value not changing in aempro HELP!

I have the wideband hooked up and I have it grounded to the bolt that you pull to pop the hood open. The AFR's read fine on the gauge however in aem pro the AFR does not move at all. The only way I can get them to change is by changing the gain and even then they just stay they dont even move. I have tried changing the units to something else and back and still can not get it to move in the software. Anyone else encountered this issue or know what I can do to fix it?

I first had it spliced into the c16 and read around and a few people said they had problems when they spliced it so I cut the wire and connected them together and it still has the same issue

It seems as though when I start the car and look at the voltage the 02 sensor is putting out in the aempro software , it stays the same or will change by +-.02 hence why the air fuel is not changing really at all. Anyone know what would cause this?

Have you used a multimeter on that wire to make sure the voltage actually is changing?
