no worries, pm me or post up if you get confused. But seriously, once you look at the harness, you shouldn't have any problems. You'll probably need to cut the zip ties to see all the wires better though.

Ok, took my own advice and looked at an actual harness so i could get you a more detailed description. It's SUPER easy. There are actually ONLY 2 yellow wires total on the entire harness with connectors: one has a male connector and one a female connector. So you really can't get it confused!!! If you just unplug the yellow wire from the green/gray and plug it into the only other yellow wire with a connector, you are good.

solid yellow wire (wire on the top half of the diagram): male connector
solid yellow with gray wire: female connector
green w/ gray tracer wire: female connector

Sounds good!

I think this will all make more sense when I yank the harness out and have it in front of my face.

Ok, got my harness out. Looking at the Yellow wire with a mid-connect to a green wire. I see a gray wire on the same harness. You said I don't need to cut anything. Have no clue as to what to do.

Chris, if you have a minute, give me a buzz.

I'll PM you my number.

Nevermind...I'm retarted. You're brilliant. CEL gone. End of thread.

Chris FTMFW.

Thanks to MugenRioS2k as well. HE was the one who mentioned the open loop, so I knew to go straight for the harness.

I love this forum.

Car runs minty fresh now.

Damn. Had the ECU outside hooked up with the new wiring, started the car, no CELs of any kind. Put everything away, buttoned everything up, put all the panels back, start the car to double check, BOOM, CEL. New one this time.

P0410

What now, I will check the wiring again.

Checked everything, seems fine. Cleared the code, started the car, no CEL. WTF?

However, I found my "fuel smell". Coming from the first injector (one closest to the headlights) between the injector and the rail. My guess is that it's not seated right. I'll take care of that tomorrow.

Minor headaches, minor headaches.

Yup, hopefully I can get this fuel leak sorted out, and the new CEL stays away, I will be one happy camper. I also never redlined it yet, I'm hoping I don't have crazy boost spikes like everyone else, since my total exaust, downpipe->testpipe->exhaust is only 60mm.

Ok, so the P0410 came back. Secondary air injection system. This code was not there when I had my other code. Anyone have any ideas on where to start looking??? I'm pretty sure it's something with the emanage again, but I guess Im not 100% on it. Thanks....again.
