check to make sure all the hoses going to the air pump are tightened, and that the secondary air solenoid unit that was relocated is connected up good as well (the plug and two hoses).

 

Yup, checked three times. Everything is hooked up well. I didn't have this code when I had the wrong AP2 wired harness. When I changed that wire, the other code went away, but this one arrived. Weird that I'm the only one with CELs. Car runs perfectly fine, but I REALLLLLY hate seeing that check engine light.

 

Do you have your receipt for the kit? Where did you buy it from? I can help you get a replacement harness, the correct AP1 harness...

 

I got the kit from Vividracing, who are authorized dealers. Evan (the rep from vivid) called Greddy for me, and they told him to tell me to call the Greddy tech support line to get it figured out. They told me exactly what you did. However, I did want to make sure I got the right stuff, and really wanted a new harness, so that I can't be blamed for anything later on (switching the wrong wire, etc etc.)

I have only two issues with my car now.....
1)The CEL
2)When I hit full boost (needed to check something) and get near redline, if I let off the gas, the car will stall. This is not a big deal, as I know that's the tuning, since it happened on my friend's RSX as well.

I am happy with the kit, just wish these damn CELs would go away. If you can get me a new harness, I would ship out the one I have now back to Greddy. I really don't have the time and energy to fight with them if they keep telling me that I just need to move one wire. Thanks again!
