I don't see the necessity of a meth kit until you are maxing out turbos and gaining hp in other more manageable ways. i.e. larger kit 500+hp.

just my opinion though

congrats on making more WHP on half the boost, your such an intelligent fella figured you would have realized that PSI has little to fo with RWHP, the size of the turbo or CFM's may have more to do with it, but thanks for your help
How about staying within the limits of this kit......

It has become quite obvious that you have very little skill and common sense when it comes to tuning and modding your vehicle as displayed by your constant issues.

That bottle looks like a fire hazard waiting to happen. Get mad and pat my head if it makes you feel better.

You took a perfectly good bolt on kit and dove it into the ground. Why not save some headache sell it and buy a kit that has a bit more potential instead of maxing out your current kit and trying to bandaid it.

Wouldnt the mix itself eat through that silicone gel stuff?

Its possible, I the way we set it up was the silicone kept the valve in place and didnt really come in contact with the METH but it may have after some time. I will take a look at it and see what it is, I am sure it is something I did during the install.

GOTSWAP: Though I agree 100% with you, minus the fire hazard we learn from our mistakes and this is my first time around modding my car. I may have not done things the absolute best way I have not really been reckless either.

My main concern is when it is leaking the meth will evaporate off in a semi enclosed space. It is very possible that those crimped connections will spark igniting the fumes, could turn out very bad. At the minimum solder and shrink wrap them.

Joey i knew that M3 thread was too good to be true

good luck. at least the meth leak is a small issue that will be easily resolved once you pull the fender.

Well I believe I fixed the problem.

I pulled off my front fender looked around the silicone fittings where secure and not leaking, what I did find which scares the Sh*t out of me is the nylon tubing that goes from the pump to my intake pipe was disconnected!!!!!!!!!! It is a push lock type of system I have no idea how it popped out. This morning when I was low on fluid and filled it up and went for a spin I noticed WOT the AFRS where very high 11's and I did see an occasional 12.0 when usually I see high 10's low to mid 11's. I am thankful for a good tune for not blowing up my motor. The green light was lit when I was spraying the METH, because It was spraying it just wasn't spraying into my intake. If I went into Vtec on a warm day BOOM my engine is done. I secured it and put some strong tape around it to secure it.

I guess my fluid went fast because when it sensed boost it shot all of it right out and wasnt metered via my nozzle.

Also while removing my panel I made some deep scracthes in my door that I have to buff out now

Just got done reading this thread, went to the FS forum, saw this, and thought of you, Joey...

Might be the cure to your itch for more power... too. Spool with that manifold and turbo will be quick, too!
