Awesome METH leaking everywhere :)
You should be able to go higher with Meth injection. Im running at 14psi on E85 and the turbo has more in it. The car runs better on 14psi than it did on 10-11psi, strange. Then again it spent a lot of time on the dyno with a really good tuner. Ill try and do a run on a Dynodynamics on a cool day, its freaking hot down here at the moment.

Yeah the car is running great at 11.5 PSI and after Highway WOT runs I pull over right away and the charge pipe is ICE cold and intake manifold is COOL to the touch, its awesome.
I don't get why people say attempting to upgrade your kit is a bad thing, this is a way for people to share idea's and thoughts. Joe at least does things and shares his idea's both the good and the failures. I don't understand why fellow members bust his balls. If you don't like his topic don't read them.
And for people to think they can tune a 4cyl to 300+ hp and not have one problem, your just crazy.

Yeah! If it wasn't for Joey, we wouldn't have as much info on the Greddy kit.
His posts are informative, he's trying new stuff and he shares with the rest of us. He's never said he's a Greddy turbo kit guru, just a fellow enthusiast. That's what these forums are for anyway. If you have a 600whp S2000 with zero problems, awesome- you shouldn't be looking in these forums then.
Regarding Meth kits:
It would be prudent to invest in a good water injection system that incorporates a failsafe mechanism.
There are several companies that offer failsafes.
Basically, you can revert to wastegate spring pressure by wiring the failsafe into your boost controller.
here's one example - I use this system in my Subaru STI
The only drawback is that these systems are more expensive (Aquamist is about $700) and more complex to install. But well worth their price when your boost goes to spring pressure thus saving your engine.

When you use water inj. You have to pull fuel and advance timing because meth will induce richer AFR's. That's how you gain hp & Tq. But if you remove the meth, depending on how much fuel you have pulled and how timing you've advanced, then bad things may happen. That's when failsafes come in handy.
When you get that Viper, you'll have another type of issues: lack of traction, super-low mileage, no enjoyment from working on your car @ 20F, .......

Thats why I love this car its relatively cheap to mod and I dont mind pulling of panels and tinkering around, with a Viper, I wouldnt want to be doing that type of stuff, I mean Exhaust and minor stuff yeah, but nothing to crazy.

but yeah, it wouldn't be up to the level we do on the S2000's with the FI and such.
Get a Viper but don't modify it much- gotta be disciplined about it though
keep your S2000 and wait until nice warmer weather to fiddle with. But that's not cheap - maintaning 2 cars.... I know I was gonna leave the S2000 stock .... that didn't happen !
I looked into vipers, shelby gt500 and Vets. But I wanted a good priced car I could mess around with and I had honda for a long time. How much would insurance cost on a Viper for a 30 something?
BTW I still can't figure out how my CRX got 50 miles to the gallon and now you need to get some kind of gas electric job to do the same. Not to change the subject.

100%
Yeah I am not going to sell the S, I want to track it down the road and not do much else with it. The Viper will be after I buy a house probably around 2 years, I want an 06+ I believe they are the 600BHP ones.
Insurance is almost 300/month in NJ but I would put it under my wifes name. If I cant get an 06+ for around 50k in 2 years Ill get an 04-06.
I love the Go-Kart feel of the S my Buddy has an 04 Viper and its amazing how big and boat like it feels after driving in the S.
