Lol awesome numbers, nice comment Carey. I am very jealous of E85 that you guys have local, it makes huge power and spools quicker.

I recently made 789AWHP on my EVO with a 6262 with the WG dump being thrown back into the exhaust... It was causing a lot of back pressure issues doing this... I have since changed it to dump to the atmosphere and although i haven't been back on the rollers i can tell the car is up at least 15hp or so! The boost curve totally changed for the better, the car hits SO much harder and i had to add fuel to the tune and this means more HP Id say its a little over 800WHP but its maxed out and i mean MAXED out lol. I have ran it as high as 52psi dropping back to 49psi giving it all it has but it didnt make anymore HP over 46psi just more TQ and back pressure causes by my return dump had some to do with that for sure. Now i do know the Honda engines suck up more turbo due to obvious reasons with flow etc. But the 62mm wheel will make 800WHP on these cars especially with there lower drive train loss compared to say an AWD EVO drive train. The 6265 might be an easier turbo combination to hit over 800WHP with on the S but i think the 6262 will do it if pushed hard enough and produce quicker spool, broader curve and more TQ while doing so. JMO and we will see what we can do when Chad is ready to give it all it has!!

BTW siadam you are correct the boost did drop up top on that pull. It hit a peak of about 32-33psi in the mid range and fell to 29.6psi up top there. But at this point Chad was happy and didn't want to push it any harder. I'm sure i can get that boost back with adjusting the boost through the AEM up in the upper RPM range

How long do you think a bone stock motor would last under such rigors if all I did was drive it during nice weekends. But when I drive it I will be really getting in it? sorry to thread jack, congrats on some insane numbers, Id just like to know if this is a direction I should head off in.

This isn't a critique, just an observation, but the graph looks like boost was starting to fall up off top. Was this due to the gate, or the turbo running out of steam?

I wonder if the 6262 has much more in it?

I would have thought it would have run up into the ~35lb range.
The boost falls a couple of psi at the top but its not the turbo doing it, it has to do with the boost solenoid I believe and the way its setup. We could have spent more time getting it to hold but I decided to just leave it where it was for now. We will get it dialed in on the street probably this next weekend.

Its really hard to say man. I've been pushing my stock block at over 400 wtq and 500+ whp for over 3 years now with no issues except the typical blown 3mm HG one time. That is a thing of the past now though since I am back to stock CR. I do only put about 1000-1500 miles on the car a year though and beat on it on the weekends its out but I dont beat on it all the time.
